Account

Browser Issues

There are a few different reasons why you may not be able to view our videos. There are some features that are required for video playback:

The computer must have Javascript enabled.

Watching video requires a fairly fast Internet connection and computer. Any computer made within the last three years should work.

The computer must have Adobe Flash version 10 or greater installed. If you are unsure of what version you have, visit this page: http://vimeo.com/help/flash

If you receive the error message “Sorry. The creator of this video has not given you permission to embed it on this domain.” the following is know to cause this issue:

It is possible that if you are surfing the Internet through a proxy server, anatomizing or Internet security software that will block the website from displaying the video properly. It is recommended that you use a direct Internet connection or temporarily disable the software.

The browser must send the referring url. It is possible to set your Internet browser to block sending the referring url inside http requests to the site. If this is the case, you could enable sending the referring url or try another browser. Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome are all available for free.

Hope this helps!
